We do listen, maybe not fast, but after enough time. I've been thinking about the option to open Babbo Collective at Frogner, and now we can do a spring takeover and open at Bygdøy Allé - and I can’t wait.
We are coming as a whole Babbo, so we will be open early for bakery, breakfast, coffee, and transition over to an energetic Italian-inspired eatery at night, with hand-rolled pasta and sourdough pizza ❤️.
So we are opening Wednesday morning at 08:00, and as always, we will do a giveaway for you to come by for a free cake and a black coffee.
We want to let you know that we are on the west side, as we will choose our drinks and wines to fit in, so you can be yourself here and enjoy your night."
We love walk ins as you guys can always get space day or night.
Our bakery @Frida will, as always, produce amazing baked treats and spelt bread, rye bread, and sourdough breads - and naturally cakes, cardamom buns, croissants, and much more...
Our cute roastery, Bib, will come and deliver our own roasted coffee and help us perfect it.
So there is so much amazing stuff going on, and we love to keep it simple. This destination is special, and we can’t wait to give you the Babbo vibes. We’ve been too slow to share it, but we are doing it now with the full power of spring.
